Refund Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Who you are buying from

WheelOurNames (wheelournames.com) is operated by Mujafet Osmani as an independent sole operator. WheelOurNames is the product brand; Mujafet Osmani is the operator behind it.

Paid WheelOurNames Pro subscriptions are sold and processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means Paddle — not WheelOurNames — is the seller of record for the payment, handles the payment itself, issues the receipt or invoice, and is responsible for charging and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT.

2. What is free and what is paid

The core WheelOurNames tools — wheels, spins, templates, the list randomizer, team generator, shareable and embeddable wheels, and Draw Records — are free and remain free. Only a WheelOurNames Pro subscription is a paid product, and this policy applies only to it.

3. Cancellation is not the same as a refund

WheelOurNames Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's hosted billing portal, which you reach from the pricing page while signed in.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless you are separately granted a refund, cancelling at the end of a billing period does not automatically refund the period you already paid for — your Pro access simply remains available until the end of that paid billing period and then ends. No partial or pro-rata refund is issued automatically for unused time.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment

If you are not satisfied with WheelOurNames Pro, you can request a full refund of the first payment of a new Pro subscription within 30 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason. Ask us, or Paddle, using the routes in section 7 and we will approve it.

Please read the scope carefully, because it is deliberately specific:

  • It covers the initial payment that started the subscription — the first monthly payment, or the first annual payment.
  • It does not make every later renewal refundable for 30 days. Renewal payments are not covered by this guarantee, and are handled under section 5 instead. Renewals are automatic, so if you do not want the next one, cancel before it is charged.
  • It applies once per customer and per subscription. Repeatedly subscribing and claiming the guarantee, or using it together with fraud, chargeback abuse or attempts to resell or misuse the service, is not covered and may also lead to the account being closed.
  • A refund ends the paid entitlement. Any branded embeds you published keep working and simply return to the free presentation.

5. Refunds outside the guarantee

Outside the 30-day first-payment guarantee, including for renewal payments, we review requests individually and in good faith. We will normally approve a refund where:

  • you were charged twice for the same subscription, or charged for a duplicate subscription on the same account;
  • a billing error occurred — for example the wrong amount or the wrong plan was charged, or you were billed after a cancellation that we or Paddle failed to apply;
  • a paid Pro capability was materially defective or unavailable for a meaningful part of the period you paid for, and we could not resolve it for you;
  • a refund is required by applicable law (see section 6).

Requests are more likely to be declined where the subscription was used substantially across the period in question and the paid features worked as described. Any refund is issued to the original payment method through Paddle; processing times are determined by Paddle and your bank or card issuer.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits, replaces or waives any refund, withdrawal or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence — including, where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where mandatory law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle's own buyer terms and refund handling also apply to your purchase, alongside these rights.

7. How to request a refund

You can use either route, and both reach a human:

  • Contact WheelOurNames by email at contact@wheelournames.com or by phone at +389 76 381 235. Include the email address used at checkout and the Paddle order or receipt reference from your emailed receipt.
  • Contact Paddle buyer support directly at paddle.net, Paddle's buyer support portal, where you can look up your order using the email address you paid with and manage or query the transaction.

If you do not recognise a charge, the descriptor on your statement will reference Paddle alongside WheelOurNames, because Paddle is the Merchant of Record.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase, together with any mandatory legal rights.

This page describes our product and billing practice in plain language. It is not legal advice, and consumer-law requirements vary by country.
