Choose an event template

Choose based on whether the wheel is awarding something or setting a challenge. Both open in the Giveaway Wheel, but their entries are designed for different kinds of audience participation.

Prize Wheel

Use this for a live draw with first, second, third, and runner-up outcomes. The five repeated runner-up entries intentionally give that outcome more slices than each top prize. Rename the prizes and change the number of repeated entries if your prize structure differs.

Party Challenge

Use this for a mixed-age group choosing one of ten light challenges. Review the list for your guests and setting, then remove or rewrite anything unsuitable before putting the wheel on screen.

Set the draw rules before the audience watches

Prize Wheel starts with auto-remove enabled, which is useful when a selected prize slot should not be awarded again. Keep it on for a finite set of prize slots; turn it off only when outcomes are meant to remain available. Party Challenge does not need no-repeat unless you want to work through each challenge once. For a prize draw, keep the resulting Draw Record with your event records if you need to show what was drawn afterward.
